RSL NSW – Veteran Support Navigator

Client: RSL NSW, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting veterans and their families through advocacy, community programs, and practical assistance.

What was ordered? 1,200 branded pens printed with the RSL NSW logo and web address.

Purpose? To distribute at community events, such as the RSL Veteran and Seniors Expo, to promote awareness of the Veteran Support Navigator tool and other RSL services.

How were the pens used?

RSL NSW ordered custom pens to distribute during their participation in the Veteran and Seniors Expo and similar outreach events across New South Wales. Their staff and volunteers handed out the pens. They were also encouraged to try out the Veteran Support Navigator, which they happily tried.

The pens featured the RSL NSW logo, website, and a clean, professional design that reflected the organisation’s credibility and commitment to community support. They served as both a practical giveaway and a simple reminder of where veterans and their families can turn for help.

The attendees were pleased to receive something useful. Their staff also saw the attendees take the pens home with them. The pens may be small, but because of them, RSL NSW was able to reach a wider audience, raise awareness about available resources, and strengthen its connection with the veteran community across the state.
