What was ordered?
- 700 branded notebooks.

Purpose?
To offer a high-quality gift to VIP guests staying at the hotel, enhancing the guest experience.
How were the items used?
- The branded notebooks were placed in VIP guest rooms and handed out at the front desk to select guests upon check-in, offering a practical and elegant touch to their stay.
- The travel mugs were presented as a “take-home” premium gift at checkout or at the hotel’s events desk, encouraging longer-term brand visibility.
Results
- The guests were satisfied and happy to receive these gifts during their stay. As a result of these giveaways, there was a 3% increase in repeat visits to their hotels and resorts.
