Digital Transformation Program

The Digital Transformation Program, an initiative focused on supporting not-for-profits in Australia with digital tools and resources, collaborated with us to engage participants. They ordered 1,000 promotional wireless earphones, each branded with their logo, to enhance involvement in their learning activities.

Distributed during webinars, workshops, and events, the earphones were appreciated for improving audio quality in online sessions. Attendees used them for training, virtual meetings, and personal development.

Results (compared to previous client engagement strategies):

• Improved programme recall: Feedback mentioned the earphones linking back to the hub’s offerings.
• Boost in positive responses: Many valued the practical giveaway for digital learning.

By providing these earphones, the Digital Transformation Program reinforced its support for NFPs’ digital journeys, fostering stronger community connections.
