Client: Centacare – a trusted community services organisation supporting individuals and families across Brisbane through counselling, aged care, disability services, family programs, and more.

What was ordered? 800 pink USB wristbands branded with the Centacare logo.

Purpose? To distribute during community workshops and information sessions as a practical way to share digital resources.

How were the USB wristbands used?

Centacare ordered 800 pink USB wristbands to use across their outreach and community engagement programs. These wristbands were pre-loaded with digital resources relevant to each program — such as support guides, session summaries, service information, and helpful community contacts.

The wristbands were distributed during workshops, training sessions, and community events, making it easy for participants to take the information home without having to manage stacks of paper. The bright pink colour helped them stand out, while the Centacare branding ensured people knew where to find further support.

Participants liked the convenience and modern feel of the wristbands, often wearing them or attaching them to their bags for quick access. Staff also found them useful, as they streamlined the sharing of information across Centacare’s diverse programs.

This simple but thoughtful idea helped Centacare stay connected with the people they support, offering both practicality and a clear pathway back to their services. Visit Centacare.
